A&M Organic LLC. I began A&M Organic LLC after 31 years of service to D.D. Williamson (Natural Colors), where I served as Vice President of Research and Development. I invented the first organic liquid caramel coloring in North America and was instrumental in getting two facilities certified for organic processing. With a strong manufacturing background and an emphasis on product development we achieved a smooth transition from traditional to organic processing.
Natural colorants leads one into the processing experiences of a wide range of products from packaged prepared foods to most of the processed food market. I became a certified organic processing inspector in March 2008. I would be happy to help you proceed with your plans on beginning organic manufacturing.
